SMU Fencing Club's Annual Signature Event

ABOUT AVFC

An annual signature event hosted by the SMU Fencing Club, attracting over 200 local and international fencers from tertiary institutions.

Since 2006, AVFC provides fencers at tertiary institutions a platform to compete on a regional level, gain wider exposure and experience.

SMU Fencing is proud to be a pioneering host of a varsity level fencing competition in Asia.

Participants must meet at least one of the following criterias:

i.  Participants must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institute

ii. Participants must set to matriculate into a tertiary institute no later than 2018

iii. Participants graduated from a tertiary institute no earlier than 2016
